Hello and thanks for sharing yr knowledge with us.
Can I ask a question?
If after some years an internal number range is exhausted (reaches the end) which is the proper way to extend it?
Let's say that material type 0000 is assigned to group 01 with range from 1000 to 1999 and currently we are in number 1990 (10 codes remaining). The new number range should be 000000001000000000 - 000000001000999999.

So we should create a new group xx with the new number range and assign 0000 material type to this new group ? and from now on the old group will be without material type assignment ? Materials created from the 1st range will be ok or we will encounter some problems?

Thanks in advance for yr reply.

Kind Regards,
Elly
